Dear Basim,
In early February of this year our 20+ year old HVAC system failed in our VA Beach home. The hvac repairman that came out to fix the problem suggested that I purchase a new system. So, I contacted several companies, including Michael & Son, to get quotes. Of all the companies that gave us quotes, Michael & Son had one of the best. However the reason I choose M&S was because of the salesman, Frank Disbrow and the description he gave of your companies commitment to customer satisfaction.
The commitment was tested shortly after our new HVAC system was installed.
After the new system was installed, I noticed a vibration coming from the blower that caused a rattling noise whenever it was on. I called Frank in the morning to tell him about it and by the afternoon a hvac tech from M&S had stopped by and fixed it.
Overall, I’ve been very pleased with my new HVAC system and the service provided by M&S. I will happily recommend M&S to others.
