We were delighted with the plumbing contractor you sent us on April 1, 2010 and would like him (Michael Lucas) registered as our "PERSONAL PLUMING CONTRACTOR". He worked every minute he was here until the work was finished to our satisfaction, explaining everything as he worked, including my Alzheimer-patient husband in much of the conversation. This pleased me immensely and was beneficial to my husband, I believe.

Before he left, he put everything back in place under the sink, cleaned up all the debris, and hauled it away. We could not possibly have found a nicer or more knowledgeable technician for our plumbing job. Mike Lucas will always be welcome in our home.
